Three days together...
laughing, crying, talking, praying, eating, dreaming &
more talking.
Day 1 @ the office René Abrego helped us consider the wisdom of Solomon through the Proverbs.
Day 2 @ Cabaña Suiza, Ricardo Escobar lead us through memory 'highs' & 'lows' of our lives.
Day 3 @ Cabaña Suiza, Alejandro Mata helped us ponder
strategic planning. His questions included:
"Where are you now?
Where do you want to be?
What do you need to get there?..."
Our hearts are experiencing mixed emotions as we walk into the future. Jeff & Marilee Nelson will be heading back to the USA. We are so thankful for them and wish them the best as they will be working with SEPAL in different capacities. Also, some leadership adjustments will be taking place in the SEPAL structure and we are still processing through what that will look like in the upcoming year.
